As a rising junior and co-founder of the Everwell Initiative, Paavni Bansal is passionate about creating meaningful leadership opportunities while helping younger students build healthy habits from an early age.
She focuses on building partnerships, organizing volunteers, and leading outreach efforts that help Everwell reach more schools and communities.
Through HOSA, DECA, and her experience working directly with younger students, she has developed a strong interest in leadership, service, and creating programs that make a lasting impact.
She hopes to continue growing Everwell so that more students have the opportunity to learn, lead, and give back to their communities.

Femin Binukumar Heena
As a rising junior and co-founder of the Everwell Initiative, Femin Binukumar Heena is passionate about making healthcare education engaging and accessible for students. She enjoys transforming medical and scientific concepts into interactive learning experiences that encourage curiosity and hands-on exploration.
Through her involvement in HOSA, STEM outreach, and community service projects, she has developed strong interests in medicine, leadership, and health education. Whether designing workshops, coordinating events, or leading activities, she is committed to helping students gain exposure to healthcare and wellness at an early age.
In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in medicine while continuing to create educational initiatives that empower young learners.
