Everwell Initiative is a structured, student-led organization advancing early health literacy while developing the next generation of responsible leaders.
By pairing prepared high school student leaders with elementary classrooms in grades 1–5, Everwell delivers engaging, curriculum-aligned health education in supervised, in-class environments. Our model introduces foundational wellness concepts at the stage when lifelong habits are first formed, strengthening both student leadership and school communities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to introduce foundational health literacy to students in grades 1–5 through structured, in-class education delivered by prepared high school student leaders.
While formal health instruction often begins in middle school, Everwell provides earlier, age-appropriate lessons in nutrition, hygiene, dental health, and physical wellness. This helps students build healthy habits when they matter most.

We believe leadership is developed through responsibility and service. Everwell equips high school students with meaningful leadership experience while providing younger students with engaging, hands-on health education that fosters lifelong well-being.

High School Student Leaders
Take on a formal leadership role within a structured, mission-driven initiative. As an Everwell Student Leader, you will deliver engaging health lessons, mentor younger students, and represent the organization with professionalism and integrity.
Participation requires preparation, accountability, and collaboration. In return, students gain meaningful leadership experience, advanced communication skills, and the opportunity to create measurable impact in their communities.
This is more than volunteer service. It is a leadership fellowship grounded in responsibility and growth.
